About the Business
Specialties
There's a special energy here: A tradition of celebration that began in 1773 and continues today. You can feel it in the warmth of our historic dining rooms and see it in the friendly smiles of our staff. You can taste it in our thoughtfully prepared menus and cheerfully prepared special orders. You can hear it in the contented murmur of good conversation and the hustle and bustle of our tavern. Visit the Olde Bryan Inn for an authentic Saratoga restaurant experience. Please be advised that menu items and prices are subject to change based on market prices and at Chef's discretion.
History
Established in 1981.
The Bryan home was purchased by the LaMountain family in 1925. A brick addition was added to the stone structure, and the famous Burnhams hand laundry, which became a landmark for Saratoga visitors, was founded and operated until 1954 when the Veitch family purchased the home. The Veitch's lived in the home as a private single-family residence until 1979 when Dave Powers and Joe Wilkinson purchased it with the intent of restoring it to the old inn. In 1981, Steve Sullivan joined the partnership with Dave and Joe and together they ran the Olde Bryan Inn.
