History

Established in 2009.

Astoria was owner Ruairi Curtin's first stateside home when he emigrated from Ireland in 1999, and he dreamed of opening a spot that would become a true neighborhood haven. Sweet Afton is proud to be one of the first bars in Astoria's new wave of craft cocktail and beer-focused destinations.
