The spiedie & Rib Pit is the brainchild of Susan Lupo & her husband John Schofield. She and her husband John, who also worked at lupo's Char-pit, opened Spiedie & Rib Pit and offered their palate pleasing specialty spiedies. It proved a huge success, with over 2000 pounds of spiedies being sold weekly!!
