For 35 years, former owner Nancy Lee served the Upper East Side with pig-centric Chinese food. The high standard of hospitality made Pig Heaven a celebrity magnet and a viewing glass into Chinese culture for Upper East Side residents. And Pig Heaven has become a critically-acclaimed Chinese restaurant in Upper East Side. As Nancy retires, her best friend Susan takes over Pig Heaven with trusts. Nancy believes that Susan could continue Pig Heaven's future with the spirit that it represents. The legacy will grow and extend as Susan infuses authentic Szechuan Chinese influence into the existing menu. The top-selling BBQ Spare Ribs and Peking Duck will continue to be the specialty that captivates all customers, which now comes with new options from the newly developed flavor options. Our story turns to a new chapter to carry the same principles that has established Pig Heaven as the UES Neighborhood Favorite Chinese restaurant in New York City.
