About the Business

Specialties

Roast Beef on Kümmelweck Roll AKA Buffalo's Favorite Beef on Weck

History

Established in 1915.

As our name suggests, Charlie's grandfather started the business as a butcher shop in downtown Buffalo. Three generations later, Charlie The Butcher took the meats out of the cold case, slow roasted them, carves them with the skill of a surgeon (or butcher) and has perfected Buffalo's Famous Beef on Weck Sandwich.
