We bring in Wild Sockeye Salmon from the Gulf of Alaska plus All Natural Beef from Piedmontese in Lincoln Nebraska. Showcasing the bounty from the Northwest and matching it with the harvest of the Heartland
History
Established in 2008.
We moved from Seattle in late 2007 to Omaha to open our first bistro. Located in the Regency area, just off I-680 & Pacific we offer Omaha all natural fare serving Northwest seafood matching with Nebraska farmers and ranchers. Plus 80 bottle Washington & Oregon wine list.

We have been in the restaurant industry for the past 30 years. Our passion for natural foods and handmade fare led us to open our first Bistro. Truly a small establishment serving food and wine, we operate Twisted Cork Bistro with the hopes that Omaha will be excited with our Best of the Northwest meets the Best of the Heartland menu.
