Locally owned. We started on a small scale sandwich making over the past 20 years. Now have taken that family recipe and create this concept.

I worked as a server and moved my way up to the corporate world of Asian Fusion and Japanese cuisines; In the past two years, i have collaborated with  my business partner's family to create the concept of banhwich Cafe; "Banh Mi" and "Sandwich" are combine to create the name banhwich. I have always enjoyed cooking and I am happy to share that with the community. You can see some of these Asian fusion in some of my cooking.Before i opened this location. I wanted to make sure that it was more than just another Vietnamese restaurant; It had to be elegant, clean and opened to a very diverse group of people. The menu needed to be simple but the taste would be complex and sophisticated. I look forward to continuing to create more banh mi to share with everyone.
