History

Established in 2007.

Whisk opened for business as a catering company in February of 2007 (hence the tiny space). Soon after its inception, Chef Brendan Connor created a menu to serve food inside the shop. Within weeks of creating the menu, the small shop attracted hundreds of people a day to come and eat this gourmet homestyle food. Whisk Gourmet moved to its current (larger) location in South Miami in 2010 and is serving homestyle meals in the neighborhood since then always focusing in local quality ingredients, boutique wines and craft beers.
