"Vero Italian Restaurant" was born out of my own necessity and that of other entrepreneurial friends who faced the same difficulty in finding an authentic Italian restaurant during business trips. My name is Massimo, and I am an entrepreneur operating in the fields of marketing, communication, and journalism.The restaurant faces a real challenge: to offer a 100% Italian cuisine to all its guests, not only making Italians feel at home with the traditional dishes they know and love but also introducing foreigners to the typical and unique dishes from various Italian regions.One of the restaurant's strengths is the use of fresh and Italian ingredients to prepare the dishes while maintaining respect for the traditional recipes from different Italian regions.
