History

Established in 2009.

Owned and operated by Richard and Evalee Grenamyer. Richard was one of the first chefs in Jacksonville well known for fresh innovative food when he owned Sterlings in the 80s. He served as the Executive Chef at The Governors Club in Tallahasese and had several restaurants in Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, and Memphis. He returned to Jacksonville to open The Blue Fish in the same spot where Sterlings was for years.

Richard Grenamyer is Executive Chef and co owner along with his wife, Evalee. Having grown up in the seafood restaurant business, it has remai qned his passion throughout his life. Richard was featured on the series Great Chefs of the South, and most recently was chosen to cook at James Beard's Chefs and Champagne Event in the Hamptons, honoring Emeril Lagasse.The Grenamyers work to bring you the freshest, most delicious offerings available from local and distant waters.
