History

Established in 2005.

Terra Sur Café opened its doors January 2005 in the Carrollwood area of Tampa Bay. We offer Tampa a taste of Peru, acclaimed worldwide for its bounty of seafood dishes, as the birth place of Novo-Andino cuisine, ceviche, and the home of more than 2000 varieties of potatoes, 35 varieties of corn. Terra Sur Café uses the grand diversity of Peruvian cuisine, to create dishes like, Lomo Saltado a hearty stir fry dish with strips of sirloin, tomatoes, onions and french fries; Ceviche a cold dish of raw red snapper "cooked" in lime Juice with rocoto pepper, red onions, sweet potatoes, and Peruvian corn. Terra Sur Café quickly became Tampa's preferred spot for delectable Peruvian cuisine, and well-known for the popular ceviche. Terra Sur Café provides our guests with a rich experience, warm atmosphere that can only be matched by its unique menu. You are invited to join us and enjoy our warm ambiance and incomparable cuisine.
