Sushi KONG began as an entrepreneurial dream in the heart of Latin America in 2010. With success and recognition, we boldly opened in 2016 our first branch in the prestigious Coral Gables.. Our restaurant is a vibrant culinary crossroads where the rich tradition of Japanese cuisine meets the fiery spirit of Latin culture. This unique fusion has resulted in an explosion of sabores that are truly worth trying and appreciating - the product of authentic artisan techniques. The heart of Miami beats in every corner of Sushi KONG. We've become a social phenomenon for locals and visitors alike. It's hard to leave our restaurant without documenting the experience with fotos and videos of our experiential dishes that bring our varied menu to life. We are lights and textures, graffiti and colors, sabores and aromas that together make Sushi KONG the start of an urban chain with international flavors, but with a genuinely local personality. I'm Javier, the proud owner of Sushi KONG Miami. With years of experience in the restaurant and bar industry, as well as owning a Japanese Fusion Food Franchise in a Latin American country, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the hospitality field.My journey began with a successful investment in a nightclub at the young age of 20. For a decade, I led the nightlife market with great success before transitioning my focus and passion to the restaurant industry, which I thoroughly enjoy.At Sushi KONG Miami, we strive to offer a unique culinary experience. Our fusion of Japanese and Latin cultures creates authentic flavors and combinations that delight our guests. Each dish is carefully prepared and presented with the aim of providing an unforgettable experience.As we embark on this new chapter, I eagerly look forward to continuous growth and success at Sushi KONG Miami. I am deeply grateful for the support of our customers and the dedicated team that makes all of this possible.
