Established in 2009.

Established in June 2009, specialTEA Lounge & Café was the first of it's kind in Miami-Dade County. Serving over 40 premium fresh loose leaf teas and tisanes; black teas, oolong teas, green teas, white teas, rooibos, honeybush, mate, herbal and fruit tisanes. Miami-Dade's only café serving only certified Organic, Fair Trade™, shade grown, locally roasted coffee. Also serving frappés made with organic, fair-trade coffee, blended crème milkshakes, fruit smoothies, bottled craft sodas, hand-crafted Italian & French sodas, homemade pastries (including vegan options), desserts and an array of delicious made to order panini, salads and wraps.

Hi and welcome to specialTEA Lounge & Café!I opened specialTEA with a simple premise; to provide great food and drinks with outstanding customer service in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.  I was born and raised in Westchester, the neighborhood in which we are located, and always dreamt of opening a business to provide a place that locals could enjoy and call their own.  I hope you stop by, enjoy your experience and write a review to tell us about it.  If for some reason our customer service or food falls short of your expectations, please let me know and I'll be sure to correct the issue and make it right.  If you see me, feel free to stop me and let me know how we're doing.  I always enjoy some good suggestions.Hope to see you soon,Chris
