History
Established in 1999.
Started out with a nice guy who had a penchant for Italian food, then taken over by another fellow to continue the restaurant's tradition, Salute on the beach has since been completely reinvigorated with an infusion of fresh breads, vegetables and local seafood by the owners of local restaurant mainstay, Blue Heaven. Salute on the beach is a favorite with residents and visitors, in no small part due to its sea-side location.
