The mission of the team at Reyes is to honor the cuisine, spirits and culture of Mexico by offering thoughtfully prepared cuisine using the best ingredients possible.

Established in 2017.

Reyes Mezcaleria opened in 2017 by local restaurateurs Jason and Sue Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, who also own and operate The Osprey, Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, and The Monroe.

Jason and Sue Chin met at the original Seito Sushi (founded by Jason's father) in Winter Park Village.  After getting married, they began plans for The Osprey, with Reyes Mezcaleria following shortly after in 2017. Their fourth restaurant, The Monroe, opened in May 2021.Jason and Sue find much of their restaurant inspiration from extensive travel and an ambitious appetite for life. By drawing on their experiences and culinary explorations they seek to share exemplary cuisine with Central Florida.
