The Food Laboratory Ramen Lab Eatery is the first real authentic ramen in Boca Raton, Florida. This hip fast casual laboratory specializing in ramen and staying true to the bowl concept, which include donburi and poke bowls. We are emphasizing on sustainable food made fresh and make our own in-house ramen noodles. Ramen Lab Eatery works with local sustainable ingredients from its bowl of ramen to our other crafted bowls, such as poke using sushi grade fish. Since this is a lab/eatery, we not only cater to ramen lovers but focus on crafted bowls, unique Izakaya tapas and our special beers/sake from Japan and locally draft beers.
