Bruno Zacchini has been a local chef for over 10 years gaining a large following from his years behind his food cart which was stationed outside the Bennet road location of Redlight Redlight for a number of years. Following that he had stints as Executive chef at oblivion taproom, Chef de tournant and member of opening team at Cask and Larder, and eventually Chef consultant and eventual Executive chef of Third Wave cafe NSB.
