After managing well recognized restaurants and hotels like Hilstone, Texas de Brazil, Cacao, Grand Bay, Deauville and different  Japanese Steakhouses, to name a few, this new comer decided to take charge and start his first ownership and found Miyako Japanse Restaurant as the perfect fit.  After taking over this establishment, a new culture of excellent customer service and consistency of the highest food quality was created which he now proudly represents.
