The Midtown Caboose is a spin off of our Wells Brothers location. We use the same principles of unique food choices, just with all different items and we are operating in a brand new facility with full liquor bars.

Over 8 years ago, Adam and Matthew (Monk) Wells, set out to create a local and unique restaurant that would bring their dreams to fruition. It all started with the Wells Brothers Bar & Grill, located on W. Tharpe St, about 8 years ago. After perfectly crafting and mastering the art of mind-blowing burgers and sandwiches, the Wells brothers decided to expand their succeeding business into the Midtown area of Tallahassee. What is now about to be 4 years ago..the Midtown Caboose was born. Offering the same style of food as the Wells Bros Bar & grill, but with a different, yet still unique twist. The Wells brothers love to be involved in the community and strive to make everyone's visit through their doors memorable.
