History

Established in 2007.

Our first location was established in 2007 at Mayport. Mambos has now relocated to the corner of Hodges and Beach Blvd, and it is now our only location. Our family is most recently from the heartland of Cuban cuisine stateside: Miami, Fl. We have graciously infused ourselves with Jacksonville and now call it our home. Immediately after the military, Raul and his family decided to take a big leap and open a Cuban restaurant here in Jacksonville, as there was a lack of Latin inspired restaurants in the area. Today, you'll find Raul and his family providing the Jacksonville community with time-honored recipes that are bursting with flavor.
