History

Established in 2014.

Update December 2015: We are now a Full Restaurant and Brewery (aka a Brewpub). Chef Tyson creates Caribbean and Southern inspired wishes that Compliment Head Brewer Matthews brews. After almost 2 years in the making Mad Beach Craft Brewing Company is open and Brewing. Head Brewer honed his fermentation skills down stairs in the winery, making wine by day and tinkering in the "brew cave" by night perfection his true passion, beer!

Matthew starting making wine commercially in 2008. 6 years and over 50 awards later he is setting his sites on his true love craft beer.  Not leaving behind his wine roots we also have Ciders and Meads in the works!
