Established in 1984.
Started in New Jersey in 1984. Began as an Italian deli. Louie K developed the unique Club Sandwich concept do to the fact that he is a DJ and Loves the food industry. So he combined both interests to present a one of a kind sub shop offering a nightclub atmosphere while serving up endless styles of overstuffed subs and sandwiches with only the freshest of ingredients. As well as the classics that have been on the menu for over 33 years , most love the option to design their own sub or wrap and watch Louie custom build and prepare it fresh to order.

Born in New York and raised in New Jersey. The food industry has been my life for the majority of my working life. In addition I became a well known DJ throughout the Jersey nightclubs. After 16 years I sold my deli and moved to Florida in 2000 and brought my unique business concept with me. Since moving here I have now established myself in a second endeavor and have been made an officer in SFUA. South Florida Umpire Association. Yes, I am baseball umpire as well. Humility, integrity and satisfied customers are my priority.
