The magical journey through the South is brought to you by Chef Benoit & Sandy!Sandy is a native Hialeah girl. She moved to California where she studied wine and food, working in some of the nations best restaurants, She lived in LA for 12 years where she met her love, Benoit.Chef Ben moved from France to San Fransisco, then LA, also working in top restaurants. He opened his first cafe, a creperie in Venice Beach. Ben,originally from Paris, grew up in the south of France, where he learned to cook, by the greatest teachers ever, his mother and aunt. True, rustic, old fashioned country-side french cooking. When Sandy & Ben met, it was love by the spoonful! Food fuels their passion and rules their world.
