History

Established in 1988.

In the early 1980's, the Molina Family humbly came from El Salvador to the United States with the dream of making a future for the family. In 1988 the hard work, diligence and dedication paid off as the first restaurant seating 58 people opened in Inverrary, Lauderhill employing most of the 12 brothers and sisters of the Molina Family. Today the Restaurant has 5 locations, the largest of which seats 224 people having one brother in the kitchen and one sibling in the dining room of each location. The family grew even stronger as the siblings were able to work together at this first location. Because they are now spread out working at the five different locations, each of the family members have grown to appreciate one another more than ever, since they don't get to see each other every day like in the beginning.

Meet the Manager

Business owner information

Oscar A.

Manager

You can always count on one of the12 siblings operating the restaurants for; instance, Fidel and I run La Bamba in Plantation. He operates the kitchen while I manage the dining room along with two other managers, so you can count on our personal service. We take our business very personally and that gives our restaurants that friendly atmosphere that most of these new places will not offer. We appreciate your trust and business.
