Established in 2005.

Family owned and operated, Gaufre's & Goods has been serving delectable Greek and Polish cuisine to the community of St. Augustine since opening in 2005. They started as a bakery and then expanded into a full on restaurant in 2007. At Gaufre's & Goods, we have built a reputation on friendly services, consistent flavors, and great prices. Dario is owner and chef at Gaufres & Goods. He was born in Poland and lived in Greece for many years. In Greece, Dario learned to prepare authentic Greek food. He has been serving authentic Polish and Greek cuisine for over eight years and is committed to making your experience at his restaurant an exceptional one.
