Founded by Alec Fernandez and Chef Vicky Carballo in 2015, the brand has grown from a humble pop up location in Doral to giving Miami its very own Croqueta Bar. Offering craft croquetas, all hand rolled in house, Dos Croquetas® is a proud member of the South Florida community and firmly believes in staying true to its roots in the 305. With unique, innovative flavors, Dos Croquetas® aims to constantly keep their customers excited about a staple food in the Hispanic community that has become a pillar of South Florida culinary culture.
