Chef Vincenzo Salvatore brings his heritage from Italy and designed a contemporary menu that includes a number of classic Italian dishes as well as more modern selections.

Luca Lomonaco began his start in restaurants at age 16After working at some of Miami's finest Italian restaurants like Trattoria Sole, Toscana Divino, Il Gabbiano. Luca worked at Tamarina as beverage director and sommelier and oversaw the restaurant's award-winning cellar. With over ten years of experience under his apron, Chef Vincenzo Salvatore joins dōma, Wynwood's new must-try restaurant serving up authentic Southern Italian cuisine as Executive Chef.
