History

Established in 1992.

Family Owned and Operated Independent Restaurant for 22 years "Colorado is a tonic for the mind and body, a bracer for the soul, a place where both daydreamer and adventurer exercise the spirit. The Colorado Fondue Company is my attempt to make concrete that spirit, that invitation to escape that I felt the first time I stood at the base of the Rockies.....I've been a Mountain Man ever since. So relax and discover what I like to call The Great Indoors!" --Blake C. Alders Proprietor
