The Chef's Table at the Edgewater opened May of 2008. Chef Kevin and Laurie Tarter have been in the restaurant business for 35 years, while Kevin has the culinary background, Laurie has the front of the house experience. They are local Winter Garden residents and dreamed of opening a date night fine dining restaurant. While the restaurant originally had only 9 tables and 30 seats, today it has 165 seats and 2 sister restaurants serving food from one award winning kitchen. The Tasting Room was born in 2011 and specializes in small plates with big flavors
