In keeping with the Chef Clay Conley's dedication to superior ingredients, all breads, sauces and meats are prepared fastidiously in-house. House-made potato chips, house-brined pickles, "The Cure" (cold-brewed coffee with fresh coconut water), whole fruit and baked sweets, including enormous, decadent chocolate chip cookies, are also available
