Our menu is contemporary American fare and is a mélange of flavors, so you will find something that will please just about anyone in your family or group. Our menu features steaks cooked in a 1600-degree broiler, woodfire grilled fresh seafood, gourmet pizza, sushi and salads. We have an excellent offering of drink specials and happy hour at our bars from 4-7 PM Monday through Friday!

History

Established in 2008.

It's not easy being an original, but that's how Brimstone came about - in true family fashion. After a long stint in Santa Fe, NM, we felt a hunger to share great steak, seafood and burgers to the rest of the world. During the development of Pembroke Gardens, there was the pink sky of the setting sun that reminded us of the evenings spent in the Galisteo Basin. A sign from the heavens that this is where the journey should begin.
