History
Established in 1978.
Boondocks started years ago as a tiny cafe for boat owners to grab a quick bite. It has grown into a unique outdoor restaurant with covered picnic tables, an attached Tiki Bar, and an outdoor pet patio all overlooking Adventure Yacht Harbor and the Halifax River. Year after year folks return to Boondocks and are greeted by the same staff serving the same consistently great tasting food with big smiles! Come see us and join the family! We are located 1.4 miles south of Dunlawton Ave. in Wilbur-By-The-Sea. From S. Atlantic Avenue, turn right onto Mallard Street and 2 blocks to the river. Come check out the view!
