Since pizza is the most loved food in America, I wanted to create that which was loved even more... I once heard a song by Frank Sinatra which made a big impact on me, and went something along these lines: "You can be the king of a little city, or you can be the king of New York." I want to be the king of New York. That's how the concept of Zia Gourmet Pizza was born.
