Walter's Restaurant has been an eating establishment in the Claremont Village since 1957. In 1973, the current ownership took over what was then a popular hamburger and fries coffee shop and have since then transformed Walter's into a fine dining establishment catering to all types of tastes and occasions. Over the 45+ years in their ownership, Walter's Restaurant has created a dining atmosphere that encompasses foods from all over the world to creations they have shared with various chefs through Europe. The restaurant's décor is filled with one-of-a-kind photographs and the art of local artists conjuring a feel of home and of the exotic. The owners have taken courses throughout the past 20 years with some of the top chefs in Europe and the United States and keep perfecting the International eclectic menu of Walter's. Walter's Restaurant is now a landmark in Claremont and offers food, ambiance, entertainment and an experience for all walks of life.
