About the Business
Specialties
VITA Italian Bar and Grill, a modern Italian eatery, passionately blends the freshest local ingredients with authentic Italian cooking methods, delivering bold flavors. Emphasizing the farm-to-table concept, we bring the finest organic food to our customers. Our commitment extends to community gatherings, with event spaces accommodating 50 to 400 guests, and dedicated coordinators crafting personalized menus for unforgettable celebrations.
History
Established in 2017.
VITA stands for "Life" in Italian, which is what our restaurant values the most. We source most of our ingredients from the Cal Poly Pomona farms as well as other local farms because we believe in supporting small businesses and reducing our carbon footprint.
The lines surrounding the VITA logo represent spaghetti, which signifies the authenticity of our Italian food. The circle shape of the logo represents life (VITA) and our inclusiveness.
VITA is a place where people from all over the world, of all backgrounds gather together and share their love for unforgettable experiences, modern yet classic ambiances and good food.
