About the Business
Specialties
Tonkotsu ramen is the heart of our menu, complemented with pan Asian rice dishes, hand made brioche bun sliders, gyoza & xiao-long bao, and all kind of fun seasonal side-dishes with ingredients from Santa Monica's farmer's market.
Our beverage program includes sake, wine, beer, hand crafted soda, and regional coffee. And yes, Umaya Ramen has a dessert menu, everything made from scratch and once again, local, organic, and seasonal fruits from Santa Monica!
Umaya is a Ramen house, with specialty cocktails and sake. Happy hour at the bar & communal tables is available daily.
History
Established in 2012.
after years of working all over the place, KC decided to open his own place, doing what he loves eating the most, rice and noodle!
