About the Business
Specialties
Driven to develop a business with a real sense of community, Nick and Suely brought Tru Bru Organic Coffee to life by 2014. Now, we've got plenty of regulars visiting our shop on the daily -- hanging around to study, catch up with friends, or wrap up their night with some craft beer. We've refined our offerings over time, baking every muffin, bread, and cake in house. Our coffee beans travel thousands of miles before they make it to our door. Every cup tells a story, and we're proud to deliver its beautiful message to you.
History
Established in 2014.
We're a specialty coffee shop and micro roastery. We source the highest quality organic beans from all around the world. Everyday, we roast our coffee for use the following day. Our focus is optimal freshness, which we accomplish by roasting all our coffee in micro batches. Only the most freshly roasted beans make it into your cup.
