We are a yoga studio, vegetarian and vegan cafe. We have a spectacular rooftop terrace with views over La Jolla and out to the ocean. We offer 100% organic food, juice, smoothies and desserts. Our menu is soy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free! We offer Yoga, meditation and healing arts, spiritual empowerment classes and intuitive readings. We have an outdoor rooftop Yoga deck and Aerial Yoga. We like to encourage a community spirit, centered around good food, and healthy living choices. We have many exciting events and workshops!

Trilogy was created by Joe and Leila to bring health, happiness and balance to people's lives through good food and exercise.

Business Owner

After spending three months in India, where she received her Yoga teacher training, Leila moved to San Diego and studied holistic health and nutrition at the School of healing Arts in California, becoming a qualified nutritional therapist. Her love of good food, yoga and a passion for helping others to find balance and healing in their lives lead her to opening her own healing arts center with an organic vegan cafe, yoga and events studio. She loves good food and believes that every bite should be as nutritious as it is delicious. Healthy body - healthy mind, healthy spirit! After many years of cooking her own recipes, experimenting with vegan, raw, and gluten free treats, she is very excited to share all her amazing recipes with the community! She is a qualified teacher in Aerial Yoga as well as Vinyasa. Leila is also a artist and would love to incorporate art, creativity and performance into her business. Expect all sorts of inspiring events and workshops!
