History

Established in 2015.

Trifecta was founded by brother and sister duo Greg & Liz Connolly after they grew increasingly frustrated with the low-quality frozen foods available on the market. They were also both animal lovers so they wanted to only source Humanely Raised / Grass Fed / Sustainably Caught proteins for their meals. They launched Trifecta in 2015 and the company has experienced over 11,000% growth since, leading us to become the largest organic meal delivery service in the nation.

Greg has been in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 15 years. He is a die hard foodie, but also appreciates the importance of eating healthy and planning and portioning your meals. After years of frustration shopping, cooking, cleaning and planning his meals himself, he talked to his sister Liz and they decided others must be suffering from the same problems, and they should launch a company and do something about it! Trifecta was born, and has grown to feed thousands of households nationwide.
