Established in 2017.

Trevor took over Sarducci's on October 1, 2015, with the intent to run the operation AS IS until all approvals were made by the city to allow Trevor's At The Tracks to come to life in February 2017. With a new menu concept and beverage program, new extended patio and bar, new multi-faceted bakery/coffeeshop/juicery, renovated kitchen, new bathrooms, and new on-site garden, Trevor's At The Tracks has fulfilled the promise to be a great new spot to gather and enjoy cuisine that is Locally Acquired & Globally Inspired. An All-California Wine and Beer List, along with a diverse and crafty cocktail program, are sure to provide travelers a sense of place and locals a sense of pride! Come Enjoy!

After a successful career in the hospitality industry, working for several 5-Star hotel properties and food & beverage operations, Trevor decided it was time to breathe fresh air into a stale South Orange County restaurant scene. At the newly renovated, historic Capistrano Depot, Trevor is driven to take the same 5-Star approach and provide elegant and thoughtful service of first class cuisine and delicious beverages in a relaxed, yet refined environment that unites the present with the past in charming Old San Juan Capistrano. As a local himself, Laguna Niguel-raised owner Trevor Baird has committed to bring Globally Inspired flavors to his guests while focusing on sustainability and keeping everything Locally Acquired.
