History
Established in 1983.
The name comes from the family's coffee shop and restaurant started by Uncle Jim Bicos in the beginning of the 1950s in Pasadena, on Colorado Blvd.
His brother, Terry Bicos, decided to open Tops Jr. (a fast food hamburger stand in Alhambra) which is still there under new ownership. He wanted to give customers quality, homemade food, fast. His concept was a success.
