Tomatina takes a modern approach to traditional Italian recipes. While our pasta with made-from-scratch sauces and homemade pizza are customer favorites, Tomatina has become known for our signature piadines - fresh, hot flat-bread topped with cool salads, ready to fold and eat. Each month, our menu features seasonal specials in addition to our extensive menu with gluten-free, vegetarian and kid-friendly options.

History
Established in 1998.
At Tomatina, fresh means everything, just as it did on the day when Chef Michael Chiarello first opened our doors in 1998. While Michael has moved on to fame, our Executive Chef Rogelio Jacinto continues to carry forward his inspiration. Whether it is our pasta, pizza or our signature piadine, our chefs are dedicated to preparing home-cooked meals using the freshest seasonal ingredients in every dish - just for you.
