History
Established in 2008.
Owners Gavin Polone and John Papsidera are both heavy hitters in the Entertainment Industry. Always travelling, they picked up ideas and recipes from their favorite diners, drive-ins, bars, and restaurants around the Country and gave them a new spin to take on Hollywood!
Being Vegan, they also wanted to have an extensive and well executed Vegetarian/Vegan menu filled with delicious alternatives for those alike.
Going into our 3rd year of business we have a great energy and take pride in all we do: focusing on great food, excellent service and a warm, welcoming environment.
