The Naked Pig Cafe is known as a wonderful destination for plant based eating, high quality pasture raised meat, dairy and eggs. Female chef and owner innovates a sustainable food program that includes preserving, fermenting, composting, gardening, direct sourcing from supper local organic farms and everything is made by hand in small fresh batches. You can even stock your home pantry with house made specialty items and sauces like Chef Dalia's anti aging beauty bone broth. You are welcome and appreciated as a guest of the The Naked Pig Cafe. History

Established in 2014.

The Naked Pig Cafe was founded by owner and chef Dalia Martinez as a peoples place and destination for really high quality food. The original location was on SR Ave in a tiny building which used to house the greyhound ticket booth. In 2016 Dalia opened Flower and Bone restaurant and support kitchen for The Naked Pig Cafe. Then, in 2018 The Naked Pig Cafe moved to Mendocino Ave in a beautiful building with plenty of space, light and air. Then, in 2020 The Naked Pig Cafe moved into the building that used to be Flower and Bone on 5th st. And so it goes The Naked Pig Cafe is now located in a gorgeous downtown building with inspiring interior design and welcoming warm atmosphere. Flower and Bone restaurant is closed The Naked Pig Cafe is still open and going strong. And if your wondering what is to become of the concepts born at Flower and Bone... well there are so many wonderful evolutions on the horizon ... stay tuned ... it has to do with beauty and wellness.

I'm a local Santa Rosa girl with a passion for sustainability, art and of course delicious food. I learned how to cook from my mother, some other amazing women on my travels and eating. Health and beauty are also interests of mine and I have spent time experimenting and perfecting methods that enhance beauty, health and spirituality. I am also a beauty practitioner. I do my best to share my best with the world. I’m as imperfect and fallible as any other human but as a business owner I’m highly criticized. Still I'm not afraid to be different. The restaurant is an extension of me, my home and art. Some things that are different are we charge for everything, there are no refunds. We prepare food within the principles of Slow Food. Tips are not encouraged because they are a vestige of slavery. A service fee is added to all bills. This suits my sustainable business as the majority of the gross income goes to local farms and their families. Love is at the root of everything I make.
