Established in 2018.

Founded by two Locals who were determined to serve great Southern/Creole inspired food in a community that we are proud to call home.

Temple City natives Johnny and Jay started The Dive Steam Kettle Cooking to bring a unique dining experience utilizing miniature steam kettles to cook delicious southern comfort food as well as a beautiful bar featuring signature hand crafted cocktails.
