The Chefs Table (TCT) was started by David Hill in 2009, and was purchased by Erick Johnson and Jon Irwin in 2013.

Business Owner

Erick Johnson - Owner/General Manager -I was born a grape, which is to say that I am from the Napa Valley. I moved to Sacramento to attend Sacramento State University, and quickly found a job at Del Paso Country Club. The private country club business has been my vocation for the last 20 years. From Del Paso Country Club, to Winchester Country Club, to North Ridge Country Club customer service and the appreciation for fine wines and better food have rooted itself deep in my soul. I look forward to seeing you at The Chef's Table where you can enjoy these passions first hand.Jon Irwin - Owner - I have worked in the service industry since the age of 13, the last 4 years as a Realtor in the Sacramento/Placer County Region.  Before that I was in the Golf Industry for almost 20 years, the last 10 years as an Assistant Golf Professional at North Ridge Country Club.  I look forward to seeing/meeting you at TCT!
