Here at Thai Smile, we are dedicated to providing premium, hand-crafted Thai cuisine. We do this by using authentic Thai spices and herbs; as well as fresh, crisp vegetables, which are delivered daily to our kitchen. (We do not use MSG in our recipes.) For our seafood and meat dishes, we use only choice cuts from those who meet the highest standards. This is possible because we make use of Thai markets in both Los Angeles and Bangkok, where we carefully select ingredients to ensure the best quality.

Thai Smile was established in 1991 by a chef named Yim, which means “smile” in Thai. She was named after her pleasant personality. The current owners are Yim’s son, Mai, and his wife, Noi. The couple moved to Palm Springs in 1996.
