History
Established in 2013.
StillWater is located in the historic Woodruff Building and was the original sales and maintenance office for the construction of the city of Dana Point. The 1920's prohibition-era style honors the history of the facility. In keeping with the pre-prohibition theme, the rust-colored I-beams, historic pictures of Dana Point and antique inspired-lighting customers are transported back to a prohibition-era speakeasy. The top of the line kitchen/bar and customized outdoor pizza-oven are a few of the visible reminders of the 21st century. Utilizing sustainable, locally-sourced produce, meat and fish StillWater offers a tantalizing menu. In addition, staff mixologists have created distinctive drinks, utilizing house-made syrups and ingredients from our own garden. Whether it's an intimate dinner, corporate event or fundraiser for 200+ people, StillWater is the perfect setting for your next event!
