Made with only seasonal, local and preferably organic ingredients, even our corn tortillas are homemade! We have tried and tested every dish, every sauce and every ingredient over and over until it's perfect, to make your experience one above the rest. And we always keep one thing in mind: Real tacos are not fast food. Real tacos are meant to be full of the tender, juicy, rich flavor of a steak, cooked to your preference; with at least as much care and dedication as a chef would put into a steak.

History

Established in 2015.

From Mexico's Carne Asada and meat capital, Sonora, comes the new restaurant to open in west LA "Sonoritas Prime Tacos". Which is featuring the highest quality in steak tacos that include filet mignon, Rib eye, shaved rib and Carne Asada tacos that are so common in the state of Sonora where you can find them in many taquerias and are cooked over a mesquite charcoal grill that gives them that unparalleled smoky and caramelized flavor. Sonoritas will also feature other favorites like pastor with a unique spicy pineapple sauce, chicken, salmon and great vegan tacos to cater to LA's growing vegan community. All sauces are made from scratch with the best produce available on the markets always striving to use organic when in season. The corn tortillas are handcrafted and grilled to order.
