Started in 1973 in Berkeley, CA, Owner/Chef Elina O'Lague moved her business down to Los Angeles in 1979 where it has operated in the same location for over 36 years! Family owned with all the original recipes such as stroganoff, pierogis, kielbasa and hand made spaetzle, Warszawa continues to serve the most authentic and mouth-watering food to this day.

Elina is a self-taught chef from Krakow, Poland who immigrated to the United States in 1965. Using traditional polish recipes, she was influenced by California cuisine to design a menu that is authentic, healthy, and most importantly delicious.
